GUILT FREE FASHION - MADE BY SJP

I like to see the good in everything and that even transpires into old duvets that are just too pretty to throw away. In a moment of inspiration during the fabled lockdown 1, I began making scrub bags from left over duvets. From this I turned my hand to guilt free fashion all Made by SJP. Too much perfectly good fabric ends up in landfills every year and I wanted to do my bit for the world by giving these fabrics a second chance and making some beautiful clothes along the way. I want you to enjoy these clothes as much as I’ve enjoyed making them and #stopfastfashion.

Aspiga is a responsible fashion brand with a mission to create beautiful products that enrich communities and preserve and protect the planet. Quality is very Important to us and we take pride in creating clothes that are both sustainable, beautifully designed and made to last. However, even the best loved clothes can be subject to wear and tear, which is where our Repair and Rewear initiative comes in, helping to reduce the impact on the planet and ensure our products will last even longer. SECRET WARDROBE

SECRET WARDBROBE

On retirement from a long career in the fashion industry, & becoming alarmed at the now more publicised carbon footprint created by that industry, I wanted to maintain my interest in helping women feel confident in the clothes they wear, but by doing so in a more sustainable way through slow fashion. I sell at preloved clothing events & private styling appointments at home.

SUSTAINABLE STYLE BOUTIQUE

SUSTAINABLE STYLE BOUTIQUE

CURATED PRELOVED AND NEVER WORN CLOTHING

Sustainable Style Boutique was created by Army wives wanting to give good quality clothing a second chance.. In the Army community we live in we move house every few years, meaning we are always thinning out our wardrobes, which are often filled with party dresses and designer clothing. In the beginning we sourced clothes from fellow military wives, harnessing the philosophy that ‘one woman’s trash is another woman’s treasure.’ These days we source clothing from all ladies far and wide with a view to bringing sustainable, preloved clothing to all our customers, in place of quick, throwaway fashion.

TWIZZELL - HANDPRINTED SEED CARDS AND HOMEWARES

With a love of colour and a passion for interior design and fashion, the natural progression for Twizzell had to be diversifying into Indian block print textiles. Enthused by the reception that was received, the two entrepreneurs decided to make this brand a lifestyle company. The intention was to bring joy, colour and positivity into the lives of others and those purchasing the products. Working as a mother-and-daughter team makes running their business seamless. They both bring different strengths to the partnership. Their products are constantly evolving and they are now sourcing items from all around the world.

BALI BAGS

BALI BAGS

Jayne and Andrew are the two directors behind The Bali Collection which started trading in 2023. Importing beautifully hand made products from Bali using only natural materials and working with gifted Balinese artisans and craftsmen the first shipments started to arrive in the UK in early 2024. Sustainability is a key word and driving force behind the company as they strive to work with local Balinese people in all aspects of the business from the actual making of the bags to the packing, and shipping, overseen by Komang and her team. Jayne said, “It is spell binding to see these amazing products being made by artisans in the villages of North and East Bali with as many as three craftsmen working to produce one item. As the bag nears completion it is left in the sun for several days to dry and then smoked in a kiln using coconut husks before the final details are added to complete what can only be described as works of art. We are very proud to be introducing these wonderful products into the UK market”.
